This is an annual recognition of the fastest-growing companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. The awards are based on percentage revenue growth over a five-year period (2003–2007) and are presented to 150 companies in three categories.

Accuray won gold awards in five categories including, Magazine Advertising – Series, Advertising Specialty, Brochure Advertising – Full Color, TV/Video Advertising – Single, and Invitations. The Aster Awards, one of the largest competitions of its kind, an elite national program recognizing outstanding healthcare professionals for excellence in their advertising and marketing efforts.

The American Business Awards are the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business. Accuray received the Innovations in Healthcare SM ABBY Award from the Adaptive Business Leaders (ABL) Organization in the "Innovations in Medical/Diagnostics Technology" category.
