Accuray Announces Repurchases of Convertible Debt SUNNYVALE, Calif., January 19, 2016 – Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) today announced that between January 11 and January 15, 2016, the company, in privately-negotiated transactions, had repurchased approximately $63.4 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.75% Convertible Senior Notes due August 2016 (the “2016 Notes”) for $66.6 million in cash. Accuray Closes $70 Million Straight Debt Financing SUNNYVALE, Calif., January 12, 2016 – Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) announced today it has closed a $70 million straight debt financing agreement with Cerberus Business Finance, LLC, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. First CyberKnife® M6™ and TomoTherapy® Systems in Chile Installed at Fundacion Arturo Lopez Perez Cancer Institute SUNNYVALE, Calif., November 5, 2015 – Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) announced today that the first CyberKnife® M6™ and TomoTherapy® Systems in Chile are now installed at Fundacion Arturo Lopez Perez (FALP) Cancer Institute in Santiago, Chile.
